Delivery time of each clock can be seen in the respective website. Delivery times refer to working days and may be subject to change:

Delivery Time: IMMEDIATE DELIVERY

The Nomon clock is available in our warehouse and can be shipped immediately according to the mode of payment, the product size and destination. Delivery may be made by Correos or UPS.

Delivery time: 2-3 WEEKS

The Nomon clock is not available and we have to make it. The clock will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. If you place an order for multiple clocks with different lead times, these are accumulated in a single delivery as long as the delivery time is justifiable. Otherwise the items that are already available are sent immediately without causing extra costs.

According to the method of payment, delivery time may vary store products. In case of credit card payments ship is normally the same day of order. If previous payments, the shipment will be made after receiving the payment.

Damage caused by transport

Your order is carefully packaged and controlled in our facility and then to be sent. But you can not rule out the possibility that damage incurred during transport. So please as you receive the product, carefully check.

What if there is transport damage?

We recommend that you do not accept products or to sign the delivery receipt along with a note that says observation "conditions." Please advise the carrier and our service "Customer" immediately about the damage in writing, and later than 24 hours after delivery.

What if despite our recommendations you accept the product and it is damaged?

In this case please send e-mail to ventas@muebleslluesma.com with digital photos of the damage, along with the order number so that we can submit the claim in proper form to our insurance. Parallel organize with you the collection of the product and take care of fixing the issue in the best way possible.

Transport Insurance

When shipping our products we ensure to take all necessary measures to minimize the risk of damage.

But you can not completely exclude damage caused by transportation. For this reason, all the products we send are insured against damage in transit.

The insurance covers damage, as long as notice is given no later than 24 hours after delivery.
